    Boiling noodles is too difficult for me.

    Hyojawon noodles are made only from grains such as rice, brown rice, buckwheat, and barley, without using wheat flour. Therefore, the method of boiling them differs slightly from wheat flour noodles.

    What is the expiration date of the product?

    The expiration date of all products is 2 years from the manufacturing date.

    After boiling the noodles, it feels wasteful to simply discard the leftover broth. Are there any ways to utilize it?

    Utilization of Boiled Noodles' Water from Rice Noodles, Brown Rice Noodles, and Barley Noodles

    The clear noodle water obtained from boiling noodles is rice water. This water can be enjoyed warm as a tea-like beverage, added to stews or soups for enhanced flavor, or used when pickling kimchi to great effect. It can also be employed as a degreasing agent for dishes.


    Utilization of Boiled Noodles' Water from Buckwheat Noodles

    The water from boiled buckwheat noodles can be used to enrich the flavor of stews or soups. As the soluble nutrient rutin is dissolved in the water from boiling the noodles, it is recommended to consume it as a warm beverage, similar to tea. This water can also be used as a degreasing agent for dishes.

    While it's commonly believed that higher buckwheat content leads to noodles that break easily, how is it possible for noodles made solely from buckwheat to be so chewy?

    Noodles can have different textures, depending on the method of production rather than the buckwheat content. Hyojawon Food preserves the rich flavor and aroma of buckwheat by using our specialized technology to produce vacuum-kneaded buckwheat noodles, resulting in a chewy and smooth texture.

    Is it a gluten-free product?

    Hyojawon Food's rice noodles, brown rice noodles, and buckwheat noodles are gluten-free products.

    However, barley noodles contain a small amount of gluten as barley is a grain that inherently contains gluten.

    Are there really no wheat flour in the products?

    Yes, all the dry noodle products produced by Hyojawon Food do not contain any wheat flour.
